Character limit for the group name!
There is currently a character limit for the group name. Please review whether the character limit can be increased to allow longer and more descriptive group names.
Group Member Count/Sync Issue
When a group is created, the member count and member list are not syncing correctly across devices. On one device, the correct number of group members is displayed, while on another device, other group members are not showing in the member list. Please check and fix the group member synchronization issue so that the same member count and complete member list are displayed consistently across all devices.
Notification Delay & Not Received
Zapptalk notifications are sometimes delayed or not received at all. Please check and fix the notification delivery mechanism to ensure that all notifications are delivered reliably and in real time with minimal delay.
Chat System – File Upload Limit
Team, for the Zapptalk System, we need to keep the **maximum total file upload limit at 500 MB**. This limit should apply to the **combined size of all files uploaded in a single message**, regardless of whether the user uploads **1 file or 10 files**. For example: * 1 file → Maximum 500 MB * 2 files → Combined maximum 500 MB * 10 files → Combined maximum 500 MB The total size of all files attached to one message must **not exceed 500 MB**.
Create Group
Clicking on three dots nothing happens Mute unmute is not working and so as theme.
Group Name
Group name is restricted to 20 letters only, need more flexiblity.
Self Message
Need this option just like teams. Here we will be able to keep any info data and send to ourselves.
Incorrect Unread Message Count
In Zapptalk, the app icon is showing “2 unread messages”, but when I open the app, there are no unread messages visible. Please check and fix the unread message count synchronization between the app icon/badge and the actual unread messages inside the app.

Security Issue – Password Reset & Existing Sessions
When a user resets or changes their password, all existing login sessions on other devices should be automatically invalidated. Currently, after resetting the password, the user remains logged in on other devices. This is a security risk. Please implement the following: Invalidate all active sessions when the password is reset or changed. Revoke all existing access/refresh tokens. Log the user out from all other devices. Require the user to log in again using the new password.
